The purpose of the Resource Room for Visually Impaired Students at Tucker High School is to provide the adaptive skills, equipment, and support for them to succeed in their regular education classes and extra-curricular activities.  Think “library” that contains books, equipment, and supplies for the visually impaired, and “resource room” wherein skills are taught (such as braille) for the purpose of inclusion (including individuals with blindness in all classes and activities in the school setting).
