A highly trained musician, Syb Adcock is a graduate of the School of Music, Florida State University.   Some years ago, she attended a series of songwriter workshops, and bonded with a music publisher, Richard Gillinson, who had worked with Abba and Tammy Wynette.  He embraced her music with encouragement and critical support.  That relationship led to songs on hold with Amy Grant and, ultimately, the connection to GOC/Lowery Music in Atlanta, Georgia.  Her daughter, Cory Adcock-Camp, is the singer on most of Syb’s demo recordings.
